Guide

Clients

Clients at /app/clients/ are the customer records used across installations and reports. Keep this data accurate so field forms pre-fill the right client name, email, and tax ID.

SaaS Clients use the same underlying contact model as the ERP Contacts module, but the SaaS UI is simplified for field teams — no bulk merge or import/export in the mobile app.

Each client has a contact type that indicates its role in your address book.

TypeTypical use

BillingInvoice recipient
DeliveryDelivery or site contact
OtherCustom classification
For SCIE reporting, link installations to the company client that owns the site. Person contacts can be used for on-site representatives.

Archive

Inactive clients can be archived to hide them from default lists while preserving history on past installations and reports.

1

Archive a client

Open the client form and use the archive action from the options menu.

2

View archived

Switch the list filter to show archived records when you need to review historical data.

Archived clients remain linked to existing installations and reports. Archiving does not delete data.
