Installations
Installations at /app/installations/ are client sites where fire safety work happens. Every SCIE report links to an installation — set up the site and its fire systems before creating reports.
Hierarchy
| Level | Description |
|---|---|
| Installation | Physical site — address, client, reference |
| Fire System | Logical system on site (pumping or fire doors) |
| Pump Group / Doors | Equipment configured in system setup forms |
| Report | Inspection or technical report linked to installation + system |

Fire Systems
Each installation can have multiple fire systems. System type determines which setup form and report types apply.
| System type | Setup form | Report types |
|---|---|---|
| Pumping | Pumping setup | Fire Pump, Simple Pumping, Inspection |
| Fire doors | Fire doors setup | Fire Door, Inspection |
Systems can be archived or deleted when no longer active. Only active systems appear in report creation lookups.
Pumping Setup

What to configure

- Individual pumps with nameplate fields
- System completeness indicators
Fire Doors Setup
Register doors belonging to a fire door system — location, identification, and checklist template defaults.
Doors configured here appear when creating a Fire Door report for this installation.
Draft Reports
